Position Summary

TheMarketing Assistant is a part-time position that provides support for A&KUSA consumer and trade marketing initiatives, as well as administrative supportfor the marketing team. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day coordinationof member communications and operations of A&K’s loyalty marketing programs,Chairman’s Club and Marco Polo Club.

Responsibilities andAccountabilities Provide consumer marketing support for various trade and consumer marketing projects, including coordinating marketing placements, flyers, creating/editing PowerPoint presentations, and other related projects as assigned. Support operational delivery for Private Jet and Luxury Expedition Cruising, including on board product and daily trip logs. Coordinate the daily operations of the Chairman’s Club and Marco Polo Club, including monthly membership fulfilment, reporting and communications to Club members. Handle in-bound/out-bound calls to clients and travel agents for Marco Polo Club; interface with them to resolve membership questions or issues. Support marketing team with administrative projects including arranging meetings and fulfillment of special internal mailings to guests or agents. Manage fulfillment of gift certificates.

Skills and Abilities Proficiency with MS excel, MS word, PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently or part of a team. The position requires attention to detail. Must be able to read/write/speak English. Travel Studio background preferred.

Education andExperience Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Business or Communications. Prior marketing experience with a strong customer service ethic. Travel and/or global experience a plus.
