Marketing and Sales Strategist

Job Summary:

Dale Carnegie of ND and MN is looking for a full-time experienced Marketing and Sales Strategist in Fargo, ND to take ownership of our local branding and lead generation efforts. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing and lead generation strategy for our company.

Our Marketing and Sales Strategist position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and lead generation efforts. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets.

The Marketing and Sales Strategist is responsible for increasing market share and ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement marketing and social media strategies aligned with business targets
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
• Analyze sales, marketing metrics, and google analytics
• Forecast market trends and research local market to identify new opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products through events and previews
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
• Follow up on leads generated and establish client relationships in collaboration with consultants

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Marketing and Sales Strategist
• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and social media strategy
• Knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems, specifically Salesforce
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Understanding of Adobe InDesign
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills
• Team collaboration skills
• Customer relationship skills
• Previous marketing and sales experience preferred
• Degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Some travel required
