Your Role and Responsibilities
Performs multiple manufacturing operations in which tasks are complex and typically involve the resolution of unusual or difficult problems. A high level of independent judgement and proficiency is required. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. Performs a variety of tasks and works within well established procedures. Requires no supervision and minimal direction in exercising strict adherence to established procedures. Is a source of information regarding procedures and quality impacts. Effectively and efficiently utilizes own time through cross training and skill improvement activities. Frequently provides training and assists in the certification process of other department members. Always demonstrates flexibility regarding assignments, overtime and work location. Provides technical leadership to other department members and assures process standards are followed. May set work schedules individually or as a team member.
