CaptiveAire has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in Muskogee, OK.

Job Description:

• 95% of the work day spent on the manufacturing floor solving quality issues, while working on a major project
• Total responsibility for quality control, including parts, crating and finished product.
• Refine plant processes, implement new product processes, perform quality audits and solve production related issues between regions and R&D for a designated production line.
• Responsible for metal scrap reduction, monitor raw material quality and make vendor recommendations as required.
• Assist in development and testing of new products.
• Troubleshoot field service situations and implement procedures to eliminate future problems.

Job Requirements:

• 0-10 yrs experience
• 4-year technical degree, in an electrical, electronics or mechanically oriented curriculum
• Must enjoy hands on product exposure
• AutoCAD or similar software a must
• Multi-tasking, problem solving and strong communication skills a must
• Strong desire to please the customer with perfect product quality and to maintain a safe work environment
