Responsibilities Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related technical degree is highly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of well-rounded supply chain management experience is required, Experience must include supply chain management within the aerospace industry. Demonstrable success leading a direct reporting team for a minimum of four years is required. Demonstrated ability and expertise in leading strategic and global sourcing is required. Deep expertise in managing MRP systems is required. Prior experience leading a business and team through significant change and performance improvement is highly preferred. Lean Six Sigma or process improvement training and/or experience is highlight preferred. APICS certification is highly preferred. Experience leading the strategic analysis to determine make/buy decisions is required. Demonstrable business acumen directed toward a commitment to optimization and efficiency is required. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
