Manager Finance

Lead on-going financial processes (e.g., AOP, Long Term Plan, and Monthly Forecasts).

Develop ad hoc analysis to support the needs of the business.

Collaborate efficiently and effectively within the Domestic Marketing & Sales organization.

Create and deliver presentations to Senior Executives

Provide coaching, career development / direction, support and strong leadership to Finance team.

Minimum 10 years of analytical Accounting or Finance experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience leading and developing a Finance or Accounting team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proven ability to synthesize financial information into a concise story and communicate this effectively to various levels of leadership.

Strong attention to detail, problem solving, decision making, and continuous improvement skills.

Strong leadership ability and established credibility with peers and management.

Ability to interact with senior executives, as well as all other levels of individuals within the organization.

Demonstrated strong computer skills and experience delivering executive presentations.

Demonstrated analytical ability with proven accomplishments.

Ability to develop and understand complicated financial analyses.

Ability to be flexible, proactive, highly motivated and a champion of ideas and solutions.

Minimum 5 or more years at The Walt Disney Company.

Bachelor’s Degree is required

MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Provide strategic financial leadership for Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line Marketing lines of business. Role focused on leading financial processes, developing analysis and pro formas to support the needs of the business, and being a thought partner to WDW and DCL Marketing leaders. In addition, this role will be providing support to the EVP of Global Marketing & Sales, and the leadership of the Domestic M&S financial support.
