Mainframe Production Support

• We are seeking a Mainframe Production Support in the Naperville, IL area – must be local or willing to relocate at own expense.
• The ideal candidate should have the customer-facing skill, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good written, oral communication & analytical skills, work may involve resolution of critical issues over technical calls including multiple stakeholders.
• May involve rotating/night shift schedules.
• Prior production support experience is preferable.
• This is primarily mainframe role, some exposure to Java technology will be advantageous.
• Production support experience (24×7), must be available to do shift work

Required Skills:

• COBOL, JCL, CICS, Magna, VSAM
• MQ Series
• DB2
• Endevor, REXX, Clist

Nice to Have:

• Assembler
• CICS dump analysis
• ITIL Certified
