Our Client has been recognised by Brand Finance as one of the Big 4 Global ITServices Brands, is looking for a Mainframe Developer for project in Northbrook, Illinois, below is the detail requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on development skills inmainframe technologies MVS, JCL, Cobol, CICS, Telon, VSAM Mainframe Technology.
• Strong background in DB2.
• Domain experience in Lending, Banking,Financial Services.
• Understanding of software developmentlifecycle processes.
• Experience on mainframedevelopment/migration projects.
• Application development, maintenanceactivities involved in Mainframe Platform migration.
• Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding,Reviews, Unit testing.
• Deployments in various regions.
• Support to Migration activities,Integration Testing.
• Support to User Acceptance Testing,Production Implementationactivities, Warranty support.
• coordination with several clientstakeholders, meetings and discussions to capture requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with minimum of 2 to 4 years as a Mainframe Developer.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
