Job Desctiption :

• Aid in pre-admission of patients
• Scheduling patients
• Assisting all proceedures
• Willing to work and help out in various positions
• Administer medications as directed by Physician or RN
• Communicate effectively with patients and/or patient’s family
• Completes records by recording patient examinations, treatment and test results into EHR/EMR as needed
• Abide by all HIPPA regulations
• Ensure all patient information is protected at all times
• Meets all Joint Commission Standards and Guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Licensed Practical Nurse program
• Current and unrestricted State License as a LPN
• Minimum of two (2) years as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Eye Clinic experience strongly preferred
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the AHA
• Immunization Record including:
• TDAP
• HEP B
• MMR
• Varicella
• Current Flu
• PPD
