BGZ brands is a fast-growing leader in device protection located in Lehi, UT. We are seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team in providing the best products and the best service in the industry.

Job Description:

The Logistics Manager will ensure the correct management of the storage and distribution of Company goods. This person will be responsible for:

• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments on a daily basis to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage international customs and duties compliance
• Monitor and approve freight invoices and correct any invoice errors or inconsistencies
• Manage customer-specific shipping and routing requirements
• Manage third-party logistics transportation, warehousing, and receiving activities
• Establish specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
• Lead all Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods processes for the Company
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, warehousing, and receiving activities
• Provide input in carrier management processes, such as selection, qualifications, performance evaluations, etc.
• Ensure shipping rates are competitive
• Implement and monitor IT systems and tools to improve the flow of goods and information
• Maintain product specific dimensional and case pack data in ERP system, Company websites, and 3PL systems
• Support Company EDI initiatives

Desired Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of logistics experience, with at least one year in a managerial role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certified training
