Linux Engineer Intern

Overview

Worldpay will be embarking on an exciting opportunity to offer University Students an opportunity to explore potential careers while gaining valuable work experience. This internship experience will offer students practical work knowledge and broad exposure to all levels of the organization. Students’ academic and career ambitions will be enhanced all while experiencing knowledgeable growth. The Wintel/Linux Engineer will partner with infrastructure, development, information security and business partners to design, develop, document, and analyze overall architecture requirements for new projects and applications.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

What We Offer

Worldpay’s Internship Program offers current students practical work experience and broad exposure to all levels of the organization with the goal of enhancing their academic and career ambitions. Interns will be paid hourly ($16/hr) for 36 hours per week (half days on Fridays), for eight weeks (June 5

Intern Requirements

– Be finishing their Junior year (although we will consider those finishing their sophomore year as appropriate)

– Have a minimum GPA of 3.25

– Be pursuing a major (or similar relevant major) in field of study

– Be authorized to work in the U.S.
