Job Description: · Expert level hands on experience on Red hat Enterprise Linux and Solaris Operating System administration and troubleshooting. · Basic Knowledge of IBM AIX · Experience in Storage, RAID and LVM Management · Good knowledge about the Virtualization and Cluster · Apache, Squid, LDAP, MySQL, PHP server Administration · NIS, NFS, FTP, SAMBA IPTABLES, DNS and DHCP administration · Nagios, HP NNMi and any other monitoring tool administration · Backup tool Management (TSM, VERITAS, etc.) · Experience in writing Shell or Perl script. · Ability to provide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems · To carry out the scheduled activities like Patch management, Log file rotation, Security, Server Hardening, etc. KRAs · Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects, large and small with varying degree of complexity · Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure · Be flexible in work hours to accommodate teams and business needs Independent problem solving; self-directed, ability to lead, minimum supervision.
