Licensed Community Association Manager

*Please note a Florida CAM license is required. This is not for Multi Family.

A Home Encounter Community Association Manager applicant should have experience with an association management portfolio of both HOA and COA, site inspections, covenant enforcement, assisting boards with day to day aspects of managing an association, preparing for and conducting association meetings, reviewing financial reports, preparing budgets, project management, preparing service bids and overseeing contractors.

Applicants must also be knowledgeable with Florida Statutes and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an association.

Computer skills in Google Platform, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Community Association Manager (CAM) is licensed by the State of Florida. The manager works with the Association Board of Directors to manage and maintain the community.

Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required.

* Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail and superior follow up skills

* Must possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

* Able to supervise, direct, motivate and provide leadership for staff

* Must be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment and multiple tasks

* Works effectively with contractors, technicians and vendors

* Able to deal with potentially volatile situations with calm authority

* Possess good organizational and computer skills
