Lessons Learned Analyst
Key Role:

Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex or highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation for foreign threats or homeland security. Determine procedures for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform or direct scientific and technical intelligence analysis. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership for junior employees, as needed. Develop products, including actionable leads, daily reports or summaries, complex written products, such as Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures 3

-1 Threat Guide and Threat to Aerospace Operations, and formal or informal briefings. This position is located in Nellis Air Force Base, NV.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with operations, ISR, or C2

-3 years of experience in AOC or 1 year in a deployed AOC

-Experience in conducting threat analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to Multi-task in a Fast-paced environment

-Ability to work as part of a team and independently

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with operations and working C2 application through effective integration of air, space, and Cyber capabilities

-Experience with planning, leading, and completing complex projects

-Possession of excellent analytical and organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
