Leasing Consultant

Career Strategies is hiring a professional leasing consultant for an apartment community in Woodstock, GA. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, high energy, positive attitude and excellent work ethics. Apartment leasing and fair housing experience is preferred.

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects.

Requirements:

Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing

Yardi required, Yieldstar preferred

Professional presentation

Friendly, energetic, great people skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent phone and in person sales skills

Motivated and hard-working

High energy

Excellent communication skills

Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Sales and customer service skills

Available to work weekends

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Background check required
