Lead Xamarin Developer – Minneapolis

Magenic is expanding our Mobile practice and we’re in search of an experienced Xamarin professionals join our team. We have 7 regional offices located around the country and travel is to be expected. This position will be a salaried role with excellent benefits.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES Architect and develop mission-critical mobile applications. Have the confidence and know-how to jump up to the whiteboard in front of clients and work towards solutions with them. Generally, be the mobile rock star on a team of other rock stars. Floss after every meal, and call your parents once a week. Research and champion new technologies and methodologies.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Xamarin Mobile Development Platform
• Experience with Xamarin Development in Classic and with Forms
• High proficiency coding in C#, .NET
• Experience with consuming and understanding of web services
• 
  Experience with MVVM frameworks (e.g. MvvmCross) a plus.
  
• Native Android and iOS development experience a plus
• Integration experience to back-end database or transactional systems
• Experience with Agile, or Agile-based, development methodologies
• Self-starter eager to learn new technologies; enthusiastic about researching opportunities to grow and improve your skillset
• Exposure to a consultancy environment: experience working with clients and understand the relationship value with clients
• Excellent communicator, willing to help out a teammate and pitch in when needed on a team
• Independent in the work you do, but won’t hesitate to communicate when you need guidance
• Ability to travel
