Lead .Net Developer

Our company has a Software Developer opening and we are seeking candidates with strong full-stack .NET development skills and experience. In this role, the developer will be responsible for working closely with Administrators, Sales Team, and Customer Service Leaders. Working as part of a highly collaborative team, the developer’s duties will include full-stack design, analysis and programming of enterprise-scale .NET applications, but most importantly listening to teammates who are using the platform daily to help with maintenance and upgrades to our existing code base. The development methodology is frequentative, the time lines are very aggressive, and the business relies on the development.

Position Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate all of the following technical competencies:

• 2+ years of experience developing enterprise .NET applications
• Certifications (MCSD, MTA, AWS, etc.)
• Degree not required, but preferred.
• Skilled in building clean, well-documented, understandable, reusable code
• Strong understanding of multi-tiered applications
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in database integrity, performance, blocking and deadlocking, connectivity and security
• Expertise in database logical and physical modeling including normalization, identifying/non-identifying relations, data types and referential integrity

• Ability to write clear specifications for complex processes
• Effective interpersonal skills collaborating with business partners and technical teams
• Experience participating in code review and acceptance process to improve code quality

• Presents him/herself in an ethical, enthusiastic, tactful, resourceful, and professional manner.

About our Company

Our company is a small tight knit sports consulting business mainly based out of MN and WI but currently servicing customers all over the US. Our staff is made up of trainers, coaches, teachers, and athletes. We provide business and facility management expertise, sports training consulting, and software solutions to all sport related businesses. Currently we are working mostly with associations and private clubs for youth sports.
