The Lead Mainframe Assembler Application Developer is an experienced IBM Mainframe developer that designs, documents, programs and supports Life Insurance Administration applications that process insurance applications and policies. The Life Insurance Administration applications interface with Web applications.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelors’ Degree
  
• Minimum 5 years programming and analysis experience
  
• Advanced experience in Assembler is required
  
• Experience in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL in a z/OS environment is required
  
• Experience in project life cycle phases including analysis, design, programming and implementation
  
• Excellent organization, verbal and written communications skills
  
• Advanced interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
