Lead Java Developer

• Experience in progressively more senior roles in an IT integration development or technical support role.

• Act as the primary technical liaison with technical infrastructure teams to resolve problems and implement solutions to technical issues impacting application performance.

• Strong experience with SOA, process orchestration and integration solutions

• Experiences of engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security

• Experience with and understanding of Agile methodology, SDLC Technical design, architecture and development of software features and enhancements, integrations etcMentor and share knowledge with members of the team, and participate in code reviews.

• Embrace a highly collaborative team that values dedication, teamwork and creative thinking and critical problem-solving

• Experience with Java EE, Web Services, REST services, XML, XSD, XSLT, Oracle, SQL Server Experience developing integrations using WebSphere DataPower

• Experience with integration tools like IBM Business Process Manager and Integration Designer

• Experience with messaging frameworks like JMS and MQ.
