Lead Graphic Designer

Wilmington, MA — Media Results is a full-service advertising agency seeking a full-time lead graphic designer to add to our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work quickly, is very organized, and has an eye for detail. The majority of the work will be in the automotive industry including but not limited to: digital artwork for websites, email blasts, display ads, and printed material. Front-end web development skills are an added bonus.

Typical workday is 9–5, Monday–Friday. Some overtime may be required.

Skills/Qualifications

• 3+ years design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Well-organized, detail-oriented
• Adheres to project deadlines and can prioritize projects
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Works quickly and efficiently (work often has quick turn-around time)
• Copywriting skills a plus

Job Duties

• Synchronize web/print artwork with TV and radio campaigns
• Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience by selecting appropriate images, text styles, colors, and layout
• Create designs either by hand or with elements in provided design packages
• Review designs for errors before sending to client or printer
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Design/maintain our company website and social presence

Projects May Include:

• Website artwork including home page banners and display ads
• Social media artwork and maintenance
• Email blast design and implementation
• Print work including newspapers, magazines, billboards, flyers, mailers, postcards, brochures, business cards, etc.
• Website/landing page design
