Role Summary:

It’s an exciting time to be part of the North America Financial Planning and Analyst (FP&A) team as we support profitability across the Renewable Energy business! The Lead Financial Analyst – North America FP&A will be responsible for understanding full profitability for our North America business segments and providing key analysis to the CEO and CFO. You will also be deeply connected in drawing out the various financial and operational linkages within our business.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the Lead Financial Analyst – North America FP&A, you will:

• Be responsible for cash planning, analysis, and reporting

• Be responsible for balance sheet planning, analysis, and reporting

• Coordinate with Supply Chain organization on sourcing and product costing strategy

• Coordinate with Sales / Commercial Finance / Marketing on pricing and market dynamics

• Conduct product margin analysis

• Develop Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) optimization

• Conduct strategic analysis for National Account Manager CFO / CEO

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance

Desired Characteristics:

• Strong Excel / Power Point skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Experience with FMP (Financial Management Programs) / CAS (Cost Accounting Standards)
