Commercial lawn care maintenance company located south of Atlanta needs experienced full-time and part-time crew members. Valid Georgia license and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST . Ability to tow and back trailer required.We maintain commercial properties, therefore, neatness in appearance and professionalism is a must. Commercial Lawn Care Maintenance company needs experienced full-time and part-time crew members. Job qualifications and considerations are as follows: ⦁ Must have valid Ga drivers license and provide MVR for past 3 years. ⦁ Must be able to tow and back trailer. ⦁ Must pass a drug screen, criminal background and reference check. ⦁ Must be legal to work in U.S. and provide documentation. ⦁ Must have reliable transportation. ⦁ Must be able to converse in English. ⦁ Wage is commensurate with experience and qualifications. ⦁ Must have neat appearance. Boots required. Uniform shirts provided by employer. ⦁ Must be able to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays, in all adverse weather conditions. Days begin at 6am. ⦁ Must be able to stand and bend for 10 hours a day or more. Physical stamina required. ⦁ Must be extremely dependable and reliable.⦁ These positions, either full-time or part-time, are not offered with any health benefits.⦁ Must have 1 – 2 years lawn maintenance experience. This does not include cutting your own grass.Job Descriptions: ⦁ Daily preparation of trucks, equipment and inventory. ⦁ Drive company vehicle and trailer safely and according to all traffic laws. ⦁ Load all tools, gas and other necessary equipment/materials. ⦁ Secure all equipment safely. ⦁ Perform all tasks of operation including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging raking and mulch/seasonal color installation. ⦁ Receive openly “on the job” training safety, equipment and techniques, etc. ⦁ Advise crew leader of any concerns expressed by client. ⦁ End of day duties: unload/load equipment and materials, clean out truck/trailer by removing trash, debris, etc. daily. ⦁ Wash dirty equipment (including mower decks) and return to storage location. Report damaged or broken equipment to crew leader immediately to repair. ⦁ Fill truck, mowers, equipment and cans with gas in preparation of the next day.
