Land Development Financial Project Manager

Boise Hunter Homes, a leading homebuilder and developer in the Boise area, is looking for an experienced Financial Project Manager with land development expertise to join our team. To succeed in this role, you will need to understand complicated land development projects and handle preparation of business plans to project cash flows, profitability under various scenarios. This will require extensive use of Excel with advanced level formulas. This person needs to be a motivated team player who will routinely interact with other departments as it relates to defining project costs, schedules and financing details necessary to complete plans.

Present financial reports to executive committee and partners on a regular basis – Work closely with executive team and partners to facilitate efficient and effective firm-wide operation. Some of the major areas of focus include:

• Prepare and maintain business plans for complicated development projects to illustrate cash flows, profitability, IRR, tax implications, etc.
• Develop policies and processes to ensure efficiency and timely reporting
• Various projects that require critical thinking and analysis

Required Qualifications: Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience. Advanced skills in Excel is necessary. Industry experience in residential construction and/or development is required! The ideal candidate must be capable of doing the job, willing to do it long-term and a good team fit.

The Financial Project Manager will be a full-time employment opportunity and will be located in the Boise, Idaho region.

Total Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000 DOE
