Land Acquisitions Analyst

LGI Homes is seeking a Land Acquisitions Analyst in the Scottsdale area.

Based in The Woodlands, Texas, LGI Homes has been making the dream of homeownership come true for buyers since 2003. Responsibilities:

• Conduct all due diligence (pre and post-contract) for targeted properties and lots in Arizona.
• Facilitate ad calls for test marketing in new markets.
• Meet with state, county and city officials and engineers to gather all governmental regulations to ensure compliance.
• Conduct turnover meetings for all new acquisitions
• Create and present acquisitions committee memos for all new projects
• Conduct the quarterly lot re-cost with direct supervisor, CFO, and Finance Department.

Requirements

Candidates must display the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in Acquisitions or Development.
