Junior Software QA Engineer (AMRD2005)

Overview Junior Software QA Engineer Job Responsibilities: Execute feature test and bug fix testing using a combination of manual and automated testing techniques.Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed.Identify the needs for appropriate test environments and establish the test environmentPrepare and develop clearly test plan, test cases and test script.Analyze and virtualize the test results. Skills Required: Experience in Unix/Linux environment is a must.Familiar with general system maintenance and troubleshooting, understanding of combination of software and different hardware componentsDemonstrated ability to write clear and reproducible problem reports, and test resultsDemonstrated knowledge of firewalls, Linux and packet capture utilities like WiresharkGood problem solving and troubleshooting skillsHighly motivated and responsible quick learnerFamiliar with system installations, configurations, and troubleshootingExperience with analytical tools such as R, Matlab, and similar Experience with XML and Relational database Educational Requirements: B.S in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field #LI-AB2#GD
