Junior SharePoint Developer

Position Description/Duties

• Use Agile methodology to design, develop, debug, and implement software
• Troubleshoot and resolve production problems related to software applications
• Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new

products based on client requirements

• Design/develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software
• Address systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platform problems
• Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements
• Perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management
• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages,

application integration and testing tools

• Respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• Participate in development of software user manuals and technical reports

Required (MANDATORY) Qualifications

• Minimum education/experience requirement:

o High School diploma/GED; or

o 1-4 additional years of experience as a developer in lieu of education

requirement

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory – must be clearable to Public Trust level
• 1 or more years recent SharePoint development experience
• 1 or more years experience working in an Agile development environment

Preferred Experience

• Agile certification
