Junior Planner/Sales Support

Inventory Management

• Responsible for a wholesale replenishment Basics programs – forecast needs, identify opportunities, monitor inventory; Review and re-project ladder plans by style on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with replenishment counterparts customer-side in weekly shipping forecast to maximize sales trend
• Create/ manage orders and order flow to support forecasts based on delivery parameters
• Work with purchasing to place orders based on future needs.
• Daily EDI monitoring & loading of orders
• Daily monitoring of in-bound shipments in order to communicate potential delays to customers
• Allocate orders to the warehouse and monitor process and fulfillment to ensure on time deliveries

Data Entry & Reporting

• Initiate product set up at the SKU level in company ERP systems
• Run and analyze weekly sales and inventory reports
• Run aged inventory reports and partner with team to maintain healthy and current inventory positions
• Manually enter orders for non-EDI customers
• Assist in system maintenance so production can monitor pricing and plan for future shipment of orders.

Customer Service

• Assist account managers with daily business functions
• Coordinate with e-commerce personnel to ensure all products sold to store are online

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree and 3-5+ years of experience
• Strong analytical and retail math skills
• Must have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task while running multiple projects adhering to tight deadlines; Ability to prioritize and work proactively in an entrepreneurial environment
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite advanced Excel knowledge required; Experience with mid and low tier department stores and online retailers a plus.

Required education:

• Bachelor’s or commensurate work experience and required computer skills.
