Junior Investment Analyst/Portfolio Manager

Triple 5 Wealth Management is a Registered Investment Advisory firm with local and international clients. The firm secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals and their families. We are looking for a detail-oriented investment portfolio analyst with strong communication skills to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for asset allocation modeling, analysis of investment solutions and ongoing monitoring of portfolios and investment solutions
• Help develop fixed income strategies that are designed to achieve investment objectives
• Help analyze and implement overall portfolio structure utilizing knowledge of economic and financial market conditions
• Communicate with financial institutions to place trades
• Create and update PowerPoint and Excel presentations used for client meetings
• Daily monitoring of portfolio adherence to various client and company guidelines
• Identify opportunities for, and coordinate, wealth advisory services within client base
• Monitor cash balances and private banking services in accounts
• Serve as key liaison to other areas supporting Triple 5 business
• Plan and manage the new account onboarding process, including documentation and funding
• Client communication and service

Job Requirements

At least two years Financial Services experience with knowledge of global capital markets and investments.

Knowledge of fixed income products, concepts and terminology (1-3 years of experience),

Analytical and organizational skills to analyze statistical information on investments,

Fluent in English required. Conversational Spanish preferred.

Strong Excel skills to consolidate/review/analyze security and portfolio level data,

Family Office or RIA background preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required; educational background in finance or economics.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Series 65 or 66 required within 90 days of hire date.
