Job Description

As a Junior Growth Associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the execution and day-to-day maintenance of various marketing channels. You will be responsible for managing internal requests from the growth team and external requests from our partners.

This is a great introduction to the Growth team at Huckberry. We’re a lean, scrappy team and this position provides a lot of opportunity for advancement into one of our specialized Growth roles.

We’re looking for someone with a data-driven, analytical mindset who has strong organizational skills and is interested in a marketing career. The ideal candidate is curious, hungry, capable of drawing actionable insights from data, and has a bias for action and improving process.

Preferred start date: July 1st, 2018 or earlier.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the execution and day-to-day maintenance and of: * Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns
Google / SEM advertising campaigns
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Affiliate advertising campaigns
Email marketing campaigns
On-site optimization efforts
Collaborate with our Editorial and Production teams to produce marketing materials
Compile and present ad performance reports and insights to managers

Qualifications

Comfortable using Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work across teams on multiple projects at once
Analytical mindset with the ability to think through difficult problems
Bonus Experience * Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
Experience in digital marketing (Social, Google, Affiliate)
E-Commerce or retail experience
