Our mission is to provide solutions that help good recruiters become great recruiters – reducing friction in the hiring, onboarding and talent management process – which lets them help more people find the right opportunity at the right time.

We need the right web designer to be part of our team! We are seeking a talented and hands-on individual who will both design and code the digital content needed to establish our brand, attract and communicate with customers, and ultimately grow our business.

We are open to a wide range of candidates that have some combination of the skills and traits below. We hope to find someone that has the raw talent and just needs that right opportunity to grow professionally in a company like ours.

Ideal Candidates:

• are a winning combination of graphic artistry and technical know-how,
• are familiar with building WordPress (or similar) web sites and custom themes,
• are talented HTML / CSS developers (bonus for JavaScript),
• are experts in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or InDesign (bonus for AfterEffects)
• realize that their portfolios tell the story of their design work – so, of course, they have one and moreover, they love to show it off,
• stay on task, meet deadlines and can quickly prioritize what needs be done,
• love to bring both highly creative and highly analytical ideas to the table,
• willingly accept constructive criticism and are open to following directions,
• take pride in the designs they present,
• love creative “think sessions” where the ideas flow fast and furious,
• are enthusiastic, outgoing and personable,
• are happy to pitch in wherever they can help,
• are comfortable both in a team and flying solo,
• can represent us well when speaking with clients,
• enjoy embracing the challenge and opportunity of joining a company on the ground floor and growing with us!
