Junior Graphic Designer

Evereve www.evereve.com is the only fashion retailer in the world dedicated to styling fashion-loving moms. We currently operate 75+ stores in 24 states and are on track to grow our brand nationally and double in revenue within the next few years.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team. The Graphic Designer will have strong conceptual skills and superior design sensibilities to think and work across multiple channels, including digital, print, social, video and in-store brand experiences.

You simply must love what you do and share our passion for building our brand. Our creative team is a collaborative, entrepreneurial group who works collaboratively in producing compelling work.

Key roles + responsibilities include, but should not be limited to:

• Strives for excellence on new project initiatives and as well as updates to existing projects across all platforms (print, digital, social, in-store).
• Participates in team brainstorming sessions and translating concepts into innovative, tangible and executable work.
• Works with outside print, packaging or production vendors.
• Partners with designers, art directors, copywriters, videographers, photographers and other internal marketing members.
• Enjoys creative collaboration, taking feedback and making ongoing, iterative improvements to work.
• Prioritizes projects and deadlines, as needed, adhering to production and project schedules.
• Proactively retrieves, organizes and follows up on all assets necessary to get the job completed on time.
• Creates and maintains well-structured and organized files.
• Stays up-to-date on current design trends and technology; proactively brings outside ideas to the team.
• Reports to Creative Director.

Requirements and Experience

• Degree in Graphic/Digital Design or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in both print and digital design and production
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, HTML and CSS
• Interpersonal and listening skills, combine with a collaborative “can-do” attitude
• Effective time manager and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Strong interest in fashion and trends
