We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team!

The Junior Financial Analyst may be responsible for the following:

• NASA customer financial reporting (533’s).
• Contract revenue recognition, revenue adjustments, indirect rate adjustments, limitation of funds, forecasting, reviewing contract cost and fee invoices.
• Financial reporting for contract including monthly project status reports, monthly performance reports, aware fee period costs vs. plan, workshare reporting.
• Maintenance of inter-company work orders.
• Assist with pricing analysis and cost proposals.
• Maintain data integrity including project labor categories, labor and subcontractor actuals, preparing timesheet corrections upload files, period of performance charging.
• Attends and contributes to management meetings.
• Contract and corporate adhoc reporting and cost analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced MS Excel skill set and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workload to meet proposal deadlines.
• Deltek Costpoint or Cognos experience is a plus.
• Government contracting work experience is a plus.
• Must be a US citizen with ability to pass a Government background investigation.
