Job Description

Integrium is looking to hire a JUNIOR Financial Analyst in Cedar Knolls, NJ who will provide analytical support for forecasting processes as well as assist with new business processes and work with Business Managers and investors. The junior Financial Analyst will also be in charge of monthly reporting and report production, daily modeling, reporting and financial analysis. Furthermore, maintaining and managing all transactions, responsible for day- to-day reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas. He/she will perform monthly budget analysis, investigate and report to the Sr. VP of Clinical Operations. He/she will also be responsible for any inconsistencies or improprieties as well as analyze data to ensure proper procedures have been followed. Finally, our junior Financial Analyst will prepare charts, tables and other exhibits as requested, and help support the Sr. VP of Clinical Operations by being available for issues and questions.

Education/Experience

• 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE working as a Financial Analyst
• BA or BS degree required. Business Administration/Finance considered favorable but not essential
• Must have extremely strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to confidently participate in proposal development responsibilities
• Professionalism, and high level of discretion is required
• Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
• Strong presence with ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
