Junior Developer

Job Description:Responsibilities / Essential Duties:

• Uses C#, Java, and SQL knowledge to troubleshoot and

rapidly resolve issues to enable business operations

• Provides analysis of problems and recommends

solutions to clients and support specialists

• Works independently with supervisory review on

programming tasks of a moderate to high complexity

• Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth

knowledge to appropriate internal resources

• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan

and accomplish goals

• Performs a variety of tasks
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is

required

Required Skills / Knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication

and cross-group collaboration skills

• Independent thinker with strong work ethic but also

willing and able to conform to established

architectural constraints

• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft .Net development

platform and technologies such as C# and IIS

• Good understanding of MS SQL Server
• Java experience a plus
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or

projects simultaneously

• Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet

reasonable deadlines

• Strong team player, ability to build positive and

collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise

organization

• Willingness to develop professionally
• Ability to work under general supervision

Education / Previous Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related

area is required

• 0-2 year(s) of experience in the field or in a

related area
