Junior Developer

21Tech is looking for a Junior Developer who is interested in Information Technology to work in our busy Oakland office. This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful, growing, entrepreneurial international business and a chance to work with many different applications and data networks.

Job Description:

· Work in a team environment where you will collaborate with others and continue to grow your skills in areas such as project management, business analysis, IT Solutions

· Assist senior staff (analysts, project managers) with day to day business

· Have the ability to document clearly and concisely

· Work on internal web site management

· Research new ideas

· Assists with projects to ensure deadlines are met

· Maintain various office IT equipment

· Networking/PC skills (loading PC’s with software, etc.)

· IT Support and Troubleshooting

Requirements:

· 1+ years of development experience after college

· Experience with .NET

· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work in teams

· Graduate with a background in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics ideally

· Knowledge of Word and Excel are required

· Working experience with SQL, PL/SQL and stored procedures for Oracle and SQL database

· Working experience with XML and XSLT transformations

Desired:

· Middleware or Interface development experience

· Previous Help Desk support experience
