Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Brand Institute, Inc. is looking for a talented junior graphic designer, who is creative, highly organized in their thinking and a team player. MUST have good design and conceptualizing skills with the ability to manage and produce projects from brief to execution. Some design-tasks include: logo development, newsletters, brochures, stationery, banners, posters, product branding, packaging… Website Development is a plus.

The company’s work includes a lot of detail and structure – your work should be with good attention to detail and you should have a good command of the English language.

This position requires the ability to work under pressure and at times tight timelines. Brand Institute is a creative and motivating environment that requires talent, passion and hard work. This company works as a team!

Responsibilities:

Design and create LOGOS, marketing collateral, flyers, brochures to support multiple product lines
Develop graphics for web, email marketing and social media initiatives
Design innovative, fresh graphics to align with corporate re-branding, new product launch and product re-launch initiatives
Work simultaneously on multiple projects across multiple brands
Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong graphic design skills, digital media design experience a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to work in a team environment
Good time management and efficiency of completing assigned tasks
Ability to work independently, under tight deadlines with the capacity to take direction and implement the most effective creative solutions
Understanding of brand appropriate design styles and ability to evolve design standards as needed.
Strong understanding of branding and brand identity guidelines
BA or MA in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or similar emphasis.
