Junior Designer

The Design & Marketing Group at Impact is seeking a Junior Designer. This person will be instrumental in contributing to the design of interactive, online marketing and print projects from concept through launch. Working within a team of designers,. content producers and programmers, you will be responsible for delivering high level design concepts and digital art, taking direction from our art director and creative director. Our team works hard to create beautifully detailed user experiences for a variety of small to mid-sized companies. We have a very collaborative and invigorating work environment where we challenge each other to do great work. You must feel comfortable working independently to explore, problem solve and create detailed design at both a single instance and a system level. Your skill set should include the ability to interact with clients, present concepts, and work well within a team. Adobe Photo-shop, Illustrator, InDesign and Experience are your primary tools along with Invision and Sketch. About Impact:
