Junior Designer

We are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our quickly growing startup.

Members use our platform to find vetted talent, connect with like-minded people, and source top-tier work opportunities.

The Junior Designer will be working with the Creative Director and will be involved with a variety of design, branding, and marketing efforts.

This is a paid design internship of 15-30 hours a week.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Working closely with the Creative Director on UI/UX, brand design, prototyping, and more
• Developing new innovative design and branding concepts for various clients in the creative, music, and tech spaces
• Iterating UI/UX design and wireframes

Ideal candidate:

• Strong portfolio of work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent design skills including layout with strong typography and conceptual skills (be able to quickly sketch out designs, wireframes etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in UI/UX and current UI/UX trends
• Preferred but not required: Experience working with prototyping tools such as InVision
• Candidate must demonstrate strong work ethic
• Great time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Self motivated & disciplined
• Positive attitude and openness to constructive feedback and changes
• A quick learner, who is able to multi-task by working on various projects at once, and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines
