A Day in the Life

As a Junior Data/Financial Analyst, you will create, maintain, and manage reports for performance and financial data. You will collaborate with multiple departments including clients, vendors, and internal staff to help maintain data analytics, and contribute to Auxilio best practices and performance. This position will require overnight travel throughout the US to visit the work site locations throughout the US. Travel will be up to 70%, but home office will be based in Mission Viejo.

Each day you will:

  • Collect financial and company performance data from client sites, accounting/finance and purchasing teams
  • Create reports from data collected from client sites and internal departments
  • Collect and update financial and performance metric data to help forecast department budgets, identify issues, and help make recommendations for process improvements
  • Review invoices, vendor accounts, and purchasing summaries to create and maintain data
  • Maintain documentation into online system
  • Input and maintain data into Excel and prepare reports for specific departments, as directed
  • Able to work well under pressure with competing project deadlines
  • Identify service and supply vendor processes while on assessment
  • Responsible for correspondence, forms, reports and other areas as it pertains to performance data
  • Develop and foster relationships both internally and externally with client staff
  • 50%-70% travel required

What You’ll Need to Win!

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, prior experience and proficiency compiling data and creating reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, must have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize competing project deadlines
  • Quality Orientation, attention to detail
  • Adaptability to maintain effectiveness with changing priorities and tasks, while managing multiple assignments, deadlines, and clients
