Junior Computer Technician – Apple

Our Mac centered IT Firm, is the Garment Districts #1 Team for Apple and Adobe support. We are looking for a talented and passionate person to join our team.

We work primarily with Designers and artists using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Outlook, Font Software, Color Management and Fiery Color Rips

How you’ll spend the day

• Providing Mac tech and Adobe user support via remote and on-site visits.

• Provide troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of; Desktops, laptops, printers, network and other peripherals.

• Researching new and innovative solutions to the technical challenges that may arise.

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills; experience in end-user support, interfacing with users as well as high-level executives.

• Must be customer service-oriented and build relationships with team members and clients.

• Learning from and educating your fellow team members.

• Punctual time entry, ticketing, reporting, and documentation. Here are some of the things we’re looking for…

• Ability to work individually and within a team * 2+ years of IT Support experience

• Knowledge of: Mac OS, Adobe CC, Networking, Servers

• Willingness to work flexible/odd hours at times, based on needs

• Ability to crouch beneath desks for workstation installation

• Punctual, Accountable, and Communicative
