Job Description:
Seeking a beginning developer with the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with a diverse team. Candidate must be self-motivated, manage their time well and get things done. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of Remedy and build integrations to a web portal and Catalog. A willingness to develop a deep understanding of other ITSM tools is also necessary.

Required Skills:
•Eagerness to be an ITSM developer
•An understanding of Service Desk operations
•Experience creating workflow with an ITSM tool preferred but not required
6 months to 2 years of IT development with practical experience in the following concepts and tools:
•Strong understanding of API integrations
•Understanding of SOA

Practical experience with:
•Twitter Bootstrap/Front end Frameworks and Responsive design
•Node.js
•HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
Familiarity with and willingness to create utility applications, as necessary, using the programming languages below:
•Java
•Ruby
•JRuby
