Jr. Financial Analyst

Perform a variety of financial activities, including financial analysis, reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and other business related analyses and research. Candidate will also assist in various ad hoc tasks as necessary.

What Part Will You Play?

• Performs basic tasks to support team with financial projects, such as budget planning/analysis, financial plans, expense forecasting, and financial reporting. Resolves basic issues pertaining to financials within established guidelines as directed. Assists team members with the preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis.
• Assists with preparation of monthly income statement variances and account reconciliation. Assists with the development of monthly, quarterly and yearend reporting as required.
• Begins to develop knowledge and company specific financial acumen by leveraging the experience of team members and researching internal policies/procedures, methodologies, standards, external publications/regulations and attending internal/external training.
  

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required
• Proficient in MS Excel, Office, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
• Quick-learner; able to take direction

• Able to work within a team environment to support business partners with actionable information
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formula/formatting knowledge
• Ability to create executive level presentations in PowerPoint
• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
