Jr BI Analyst/ Reporting Analyst

• Associates Degree or better within Business, information technology, Business Analytics or related
• 3+ years’ experience in designing and authoring advanced reports/dashboards using tools like Microsoft’s BI stack (SSRS/PowerBI), Microstrategy, Business Objects, Tableau, or other reporting tools required.
• 3+ years’ experience writing complex queries using T-SQL/PL SQL is required.
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound decisions
• Ability to work with a minimal amount of direction while being pro-active in keeping management informed of report-related issues
• Experience with prioritizing, organizing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously while adapting to change.
• 3+ years’ experience with MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project or related MS tools required.
