SUMMARY
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about building the best quality product in the most efficient way by bringing changes and innovations to our applications and architectures. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible in contributing designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting different types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop software solutions to meet business needs.
Complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
Work closely with product management and development teams to understand the requirements.
Work on different software development life cycle phases and serve as a technology resource and representative for the department.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of experience in managing application design, software development, maintenance and delivery
Minimum 3 years of experience in Java language programming and working with the following technologies:

o Web architecture, design and development tools.
o JSP, JDBC, Java Servlets, REST, SOAP, XML/XSLT, HTML, spring, ANT, SVN, Maven, and SOA
o Implementing software in a variety of operating environments (UNIX, Linux and Windows).
o Object-oriented Design, Analysis (OOA and OOD) and Software modeling.
o Experience with JavaScript Frameworks (Angular, Bootstrap, React) is required.
