In Mechelen, the Center of Competence for Digital Dentistry Software, is located. In collaboration with the other global functions, the team investigates, develops, maintains and supports innovative software solutions for clinicians and dental technicians.

Description

As a JAVA Software Developer you will:

• Combine
  web
  and
  backend development
  .
• Work in a high standard
  agile
  environment with focus on
  quality, ownership and teamwork. We believe in peer-reviews.
• Work on innovative web and backend
  applications which will be used by dentists and dental surgeons worldwide.
• Work on both
  new
  features as well as continuously improving
  existing
  applications.
• You will work cross-functional with functional
  analysts, software testers and other software developers.

Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor or higher degree
  in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• You have, preferably, experience in
  designing and developing complex commercial software applications as a Software
  Developer.
• You are
  proficient
  with JAVA 8.
  
• You are open minded to work
  cross-technology (JAVA and .NET)
  
• Knowledge of Spring, Hibernate,
  Docker, PostgreSQL, REST API
• Knowledge within web development is a
  must. AngularJS 1.5 (Angular2 is an asset), TypeScript, JavaScript, …
• You have an intellectual curiosity.
