Qualifications

Skills Required

-Excellent Problem Solving Skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both team members and clients

-Java and related frameworks including Spring

-Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

-Development knowledge and experience with: -oWeb service integration employing REST and/or SOAPoOpen Source products and development librariesoDependency Management tools such as Maven and IvyoSource Control systems like GIT, SVN, or PerforceoAgile Project Methodologies (Scrum)oRDBMS such as MS SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, PostGresoPatterns (e.g. MVC)

-Experience with Big Data products or applications with N-Tier/Multi-Tier architectures

Skills Desired

-Content Management Systems (CMS), Document Management (DM), Web Content Management (WCM) products such as Alfresco, Documentum, FileNet, CQ5, Interwoven

-Advanced Workflow Engines such as Activiti, JBPM

-JavaScript (server and client side), Ajax, JQuery, extJS, Angular

-Freemarker

-Lucene/Solr and other search related products and technology

-Scripting skills

-AntoGradle

-Shell

-Python

-Familiarity with container technology (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)

-Familiarity with service discovery and micro-service concepts

Education and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree (BEng/BS) from four-year college or university and 5-10 years of related experience and/or training

-Delivery focused

-Strong organizational and team working skills

-Experience in the finance industry or corporate environment
