We are looking for a Java Developer intern with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications for our Healthcare Innovation Studio. This candidate will be responsible for Java/Java EE application development alongside developers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university
• Pursuing or pursued a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject required
• Hands-on Software Development experience and Java development
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Working knowledge of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.)
• Experience with test-driven development
