Java Developer (Cloud) AIRBIQUITY

Java Developer (Cloud Service) Seattle, Washington

Our Choreo development team is seeking a talented Java Developer to help design and build our Cloud service platform for our customers. This includes design/development of components, evaluating new technologies, and creating new Cloud based Telematics services as part of the Choreo platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements, design, implement, debug, and deploy Cloud Platform services and components.
Develop and maintain design documents and interface specifications.
Work closely with other software engineers, QA and Support groups.
Assist support and operations in resolving configuration and technical issues.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
3-5 years Java programming experience.
3-5 years MySQL or other database experience.
2 years experience with UNIX/Linux and scripting languages.
Web services experience including REST.
Strong understanding of Software Design Principals and Database Concepts.
Ability to effectively manage time and complete work by deadlines.
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to pass a background check.
