Java Developer

Design, develop, implement, support and maintain complex software applications.
Create and maintain user interface patterns and standard library.
Implement Java solutions using best OO heuristics.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
Maintain code quality through unit testing.
Document code appropriately for maintainability.
Work with team members from beginning of product life cycle through release of application.
Strong knowledge of Javascript

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong knowledge of WebSphere, Java and Java web applications.
Working knowledge of JDBC, SQL and database stored procedures.
3+ years java development experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Spring, Hibernate, and Rest required.
Strong experience with RESTful web services, JSONLiberty (Websphere).
Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation
Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
Support all development and delivery activities, from requirements definition and specification to deployment and delivery to production
Consult with end-user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience across multiple projects is a plus especially Ecommerce
Strong cross functional experience is required
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a deadline driven/metrics driven organization
Solid Angular preferred
