Java Developer

*We are seeking a Developer II with our client in the SEO industry in their Sunnyvale, CA location.

• Seeking a Developer II

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy applications that have an impact to the customer and a support or sales agent’s experiences
• Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve support experiences
• Maintain highest levels of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code
• Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy applications
• Systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution
• Communicate status and any issues to the rest of the development team as well as program manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of working experience
• Programming experience in an object-oriented language such as(Java, C++)
• Prior experience with one or more of the following scripting languages (e.g: JSON, RESTful APIs, App Engine, XML, UML)
• Experience developing business applications including front-end, data storage and application integration
• Experience implementing, configuring, customizing and integrating 3rd-party software solutions
• Solid understanding of information management, data modeling, state machines, system integration, development methodologies (including unit testing) and web technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desired Skills:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science
• Experience developing call flows
• Experience with one of the Participation in several full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)
• Experience working on Linux
